Bio-Form, LLC owns and controls BZT® and OBT® formulas, trademarks and manufacturing rights and has the sole right to establish United-Tech Companies worldwide.

United-Tech, Inc. has exclusive rights to establish Dealers, Distributors and Licensees in areas not serviced by United-Tech companies. In addition, United-Tech, Inc. has the contractual right to blend, package and warehouse any Bio-Form, LLC products.
