To Whom It May Concern:

Just a few months ago, I was very skeptical about using bacteria down the drains to take care of the grease in the drains and in the grease trap. Although now I am very pleased.

We have not pumped the trap in over six months and it looks great compared to what it looked like previously. There was over a foot of crust on top and it smelled very badly. Now it is simply liquid and the odor is not as bad. We have had no problems with the city or with grease build-up in the drains.
